Guy has successfully mediated all but one mediation in the last 5 years. He takes a very hands-on and practical approach to disputes yet understands that listening to the parties is important. He firmly believes in the art of gentle persuasion whilst never descending into the arena. He is firmly convinced of the benefits of mediation
In one mediation, he successfully mediated over 2 days a high profile action between a well known living classical composer and a publishing house. This was a very difficult mediation of an action with a time estimate at trial of 20 days. He was approached because of his track record in settling difficult disputes and was chosen over well-known mediators.
