The enquiries team handles all incoming instructions. They work with solicitors and clients to understand each matter, gather what is needed and give clear guidance on next steps. From initial enquiry through to quote and instruction, they make sure every request is assessed quickly and set up correctly.
Will works closely with members and clients on diary-related enquiries across all areas of law. An experienced diary clerk, he also plays a key role in training junior clerks. His positive, professional approach is central to the quality of service TBG delivers.
John supports clients and members with diary management and new instructions across a wide range of practice areas. His approachable manner and practical mindset make him a trusted point of contact for identifying the right expertise for each case.
Megan handles diary management and enquiries, building working relationships with both barristers and clients. She joined TBG in 2021 following a Masters in Forensic Science and experience across forensic, legal and commercial settings.
Nana joined TBG in March 2025. He works with solicitors and barristers on new and ongoing cases across most areas of law, and is involved in business development. He previously worked at two leading London chambers specialising in construction, commercial and tax law, and holds an LLB from the University of Exeter.
Rebecca works with clients, barristers and mediators to manage enquiries and coordinate availability. She is focused on efficient, responsive service and takes care to develop strong professional relationships that support clients in finding the right barrister or mediator.
The case management team is the day-to-day link between solicitors, barristers and the courts. They handle bookings, chase papers, confirm listings and deal with practical issues as they arise. Their job is to keep cases moving and make sure nothing falls through the gaps.
Kylie joined TBG in 2014 following a career in hospitality including hotel management. The skills she developed there have made her a proactive problem solver and a valued member of the team. Known internally as the team's eternal optimist.
Sally-Louise plays a key role in ensuring cases progress smoothly from booking through to completion. She works closely with clients and maintains a calm, organised approach with exceptional attention to detail throughout.
Lisa has been instrumental in the growth of the mediation department. She is focused on service standards and building strong working relationships with both clients and mediators. Known for her leadership and the care she brings to each instruction.
Scarlett supports the day-to-day management of cases, ensuring each instruction is handled with care and efficiency. She prioritises clear communication and strong working relationships with clients, and takes a proactive approach to keeping arrangements on track from start to finish.
The billing team manages the full invoicing and payment process, from issuing fees through to chasing overdue accounts. Jane is a part-time member of the fees team, based in West London. She oversees CFA and Pay at End cases once billed, sharing the role with Louise Reed. Jane began her career in chambers in 1979 and rejoined the profession in 2012 after a period in other roles.
Louise is a part-time member of the fees team, based in Kent, sharing the role with Jane Harris. She oversees CFA and Pay at End cases. Louise started in chambers in 1997, spent time in legal software support and returned to chambers work in 2009.
Charlie is part of the fees team, supporting the accurate and timely processing of invoices and fee notes for TBG members and clients.
Ruby is part of the fees team, contributing to the accurate processing and management of fees across the billing department.
Adam handles debt enforcement matters within the billing function, supporting the credit control process and managing overdue account recovery on behalf of TBG members.
This team covers two connected areas. On the public access side, they coordinate instructions where clients work directly with a barrister without a solicitor. On the professional standards side, they oversee conduct, complaints and regulatory compliance. Together, they ensure TBG operates to a consistently high standard, both in how cases are managed and how the organisation holds itself to account.
Nicky oversees professional standards across TBG, including conduct, complaints handling and regulatory compliance. She ensures concerns are managed independently and transparently, and that the frameworks protecting clients and supporting barristers are consistently applied.
Alexandra coordinates public access instructions where clients instruct barristers directly, without a solicitor. She manages documentation, maintains clear communication and guides matters through from initial instruction to completion.
The membership team works directly with TBG barristers and mediators, supporting them in their day-to-day practice. They handle member liaison, diary coordination and the relationship management that keeps TBG running well for the people who practise through it.
Lerisa joined TBG in 2022. She manages chambers diary, coordinates between solicitors and barristers, and supports clerks with daily tasks. Before TBG, she spent 10 years as a Customer Services Manager in private maritime security, bringing strong diary management and client liaison experience.
Abi works within the membership team, supporting TBG barristers and mediators with the day-to-day requirements of their practice, from administrative queries to ongoing member liaison.
Felicity provides support within the membership team, assisting with member communications and day-to-day administration to ensure TBG members receive a consistent and responsive service.
The operations and support team covers the infrastructure behind everything TBG does. Finance, technology, marketing, compliance and business analysis all sit here, providing the backbone that allows the front-facing teams to focus on delivering a high quality service.
Lauren leads operational delivery across TBG, overseeing the systems, processes and teams that keep the business running effectively. She works across departments to ensure the infrastructure supports both client service and barrister practice.
Toby manages the development and operational infrastructure that underpins TBG's technology, including Chambers365 and VENTRiQ. He works to ensure systems are reliable, secure and continue to support the chambers' operational needs.
Scott provides day-to-day technology support across TBG, helping staff with hardware, software and system issues to ensure the team can work without interruption.
Natasha supports operational analysis and process improvement across TBG, helping translate data and insight into practical decisions that improve how the business works.
Jake manages management accounting across TBG, providing the financial reporting and analysis that supports decision-making at an organisational level.
Kate is responsible for the day-to-day company accounts and bookkeeping. Level 4 AAT qualified with 8 years of experience in accounting, payroll and bookkeeping, Kate has been with TBG for over 4 years and is also progressing with her CIMA studies.
Richard supports the finance team with day-to-day financial administration, helping to keep accounts accurate and processes running smoothly. He works alongside the wider team to ensure that financial tasks are handled efficiently and that any queries are dealt with promptly.

Beccy handles payments processing within the finance function, working to ensure that transactions are recorded accurately and that payment queries from members and clients are resolved promptly.
Kevin has over 23 years' experience as a barrister's clerk, having started at 11KBW in 1997 and joining Ely Place Chambers in 2001 where he became Deputy Senior Clerk in 2017. He now leads TBG's business development function, working to build and strengthen client relationships. Kevin takes a strategic, people-focused approach and is known for being responsive and proactive.
Manpreet is a law graduate (LLB, Nottingham Trent University) who began her clerking career at St Philips Chambers seven years ago before joining TBG. She started at TBG as an Employment Specialist Clerk and has since progressed into business development. Based in Birmingham, Manpreet now works to grow and strengthen TBG's relationships with clients and members.
Andy leads marketing across TBG, covering digital strategy, content, brand development and barrister visibility. She works across the business to support chambers growth and the profile of TBG within the legal market.
Connor manages TBG's press and public relations activity, building relationships with journalists and publications to maintain and grow our visibility. He works closely with barristers and the broader marketing team to identify stories worth telling and make sure TBG's voice is heard in all the right places.
Toby manages paid and performance marketing at TBG, working across PPC, paid social and digital advertising to bring in quality enquiries and support the growth of the chambers' client base.
Michaela supports TBG members with compliance obligations in regulated legal services. A 22-year qualified solicitor and director of Beyond Compliance Limited, she has delivered regulatory compliance and risk management services to barristers and solicitors for over 12 years. Her view: compliance leads to competence, which leads to clients.
