This team covers two connected areas of TBG's work. On the public access side, they coordinate instructions where clients are working directly with a barrister without a solicitor — managing documentation, keeping communication clear and guiding matters through from start to finish.
On the professional standards side, they oversee conduct, complaints and regulatory compliance, handling concerns independently and transparently and maintaining the frameworks that protect clients and support barristers. Together, they make sure TBG operates to a consistently high standard, whether that is in how cases are managed or how the organisation holds itself to account.
