Neil is a CEDR-accredited mediator and an RICS ACRE (Analytical, Commercial, Restorative, Expert) Civil, Commercial, Facilitative and Evaluative mediator.  He is a full-time dispute resolver acting as mediator, arbitrator, adjudicator, or expert determiner.

Each mediation is unique and there is no single recipe for success.  Neil likes to be able to see the whole picture of a dispute so that he can better understand the parties and their concerns.  A consensus may ultimately come from an unexpected area, and by having a well-rounded understanding of the parties he can help to identify potential areas of agreement as early as possible.  He is firm but fair and may challenge each party's perceptions of the relative strengths and weaknesses of their positions with a view to helping them towards a consensus and settlement.
