About Nneka

Nneka’s background is rooted in over ten years of extensive, hands-on experience working at a multi-disciplinary solicitors' firm as a legal consultant and later as a self-employed court advocate with daily appearances in the County and High Courts.

This practical foundation is complemented by unique insights gained from working with the CPS Homicide Team at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey) and representing vulnerable clients as an Independent Mental Capacity Advocate. This wealth of experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the litigation process and the pressures on instructing solicitors. Nneka also runs a domestic abuse charity.

As a qualified mediator, Nneka offers mediation services in Civil and Commercial disputes and SEND matters. She acts as a neutral third party, helping individuals and organisations resolve disputes outside court in a constructive and confidential environment.
