Grievous Bodily Harm
Crown Court representation in GBH cases under section 20, including trials involving serious injury and complex sentencing considerations.
Wounding with Intent
Advocacy in the most serious assault cases under section 18, where specific intent is a live issue and substantial custodial sentences are at risk.
Domestic Assault
Representation in assault cases arising in a domestic context, including proceedings involving non-molestation orders and related family proceedings.
Assault Appeals
Advice and advocacy in appeals against conviction or sentence in assault cases before the Crown Court and Court of Appeal.
