About Sandra
Prior to coming to the Bar, Sandra was the founder and sole practitioner of a law firm for several years. She represented clients for privately paying Criminal matters, Property, Family and primarily Wills and Probate matters. She has experience in drafting Wills, Will Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney and taking clients’ instructions in Probate matters and dealing with the administration of their estate.
Sandra has considerable experience in Criminal cases, she was a Senior Crown Prosecutor employed by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and prosecuted cases ranging from motoring offences to offences such as burglary and robbery. She has prepared and reviewed Crown Court files. Before working at the CPS, she worked as a solicitor dealing with mainly Criminal cases for the defence in several high street practices. She has also attended police stations to give clients legal advice and assistance. Sandra has experience in dealing with legal aid matters and privately paying clients.
During her career, Sandra has gained knowledge and experience in Criminal cases involving vulnerable victims in domestic violence-related offences and acting for clients in a similar nature for Family matters. She has also had experience reviewing sensitive cases and dealing with young persons in Youth matters and presenting trial matters for serious offences such as robbery.
Family Law
Sandra specialises in child arrangements case, including proceedings featuring domestic abuse and and substance abuse. She is often instructed in cases where social services are involved due to welfare concerns relating to children. Sandra accepts instructions to advise and represent both Applicants and Respondents in family cases.

Once your case has concluded and any fees have been paid, only the personal data necessary for regulatory compliance, conflict checking, defence of complaints or fee disputes, and reference in future similar cases will be retained.
Your rights
You may request confirmation that your personal data is being processed, request a copy of that data, request rectification of inaccurate data, object to certain processing, request restriction of processing, or request erasure where the GDPR permits it. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, although doing so may mean Sandra can no longer provide the legal services requested.
