My mediation style is facilitative, structured and relationship-focused. I create a calm, psychologically safe environment where parties can speak openly, be heard respectfully and explore options for resolution without judgement.
Drawing on my background in communications and organisational change, I help parties navigate difficult conversations, rebuild communication and identify the issues that may be driving the dispute.
Whilst remaining firmly neutral, I use appropriate reality testing to help parties consider options, assess risks and make informed decisions about possible outcomes. My approach is both human and commercially aware, recognising that disputes often involve not only legal and financial issues but also trust, relationships, reputation and future working arrangements.
