Anthony is a CMC Registered Mediator with a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Construction Law and Arbitration. He is also a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of construction industry experience.
Throughout his career, Anthony has played a lead role in negotiating contract terms and conditions, lump sum agreements, contract variations and settling final accounts. Anthony also has significant experience in the preparation and rebuttal of contractual claims relating to both time and money.
