Prior to becoming a full-time mediator, Daniel built and led one of the South-East's largest and most well-regarded contentious trusts and probate solicitor teams serving both regional and international clients, receiving year-on-year Legal 500 recognition with glowing feedback. Daniel is a Certified Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialist with ACTAPS, the recognised association of legal specialists in this complex area of law, and is accredited as a mediator by the CMC and the Society of Mediators.
