She has worked extensively with executive teams across complex international organisations in the finance, education, and non-profit sectors. Her work focuses on helping leaders and teams navigate conflict, build alignment around shared purpose, and realise their full collective potential.

Lyda has been accredited as a Civil and Commercial Mediator by the Society of Mediators, and as a Facilitator by the Association of Facilitators, and holds an undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science and a graduate degree in International Affairs.
