Mr Fitch of Hatch Brenner was retained as a Mediator in a very awkward dispute between potential beneficiaries of an Estate. Notwithstanding the very emotional nature of the mediation from both parties and the high principles in stake, Mr Fitch handled the mediation with total professionalism using exactly the right approach on each and every occasion he met with the parties and their representatives to broker a final resolution of the matter.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Fitch as a mediator.

We approached Mark Fitch and Richard Cassel to carry out an evaluative mediation on a complex employment dispute.  Mark and Richard put in place a process that brought the parties together and allowed a settlement to be reached which was agreeable to both sides.  Both mediators got a quick understanding of what the issues in dispute were and made positive recommendations as to how they could be resolved.  Mark and Richard were clear in their communication, sensitive to the position of both parties, and focused on assisting the parties on achieving a sensible resolution to their differences.
