Mohammed's approach to mediation is facilitative, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe, respectful, and balanced environment where all parties feel heard. He aims to guide discussions in a structured but flexible manner, ensuring that each participant has the opportunity to express their perspective while keeping the dialogue focused on constructive problem-solving.
He does not impose solutions but instead encourages parties to explore their own options and identify outcomes that are practical, fair, and sustainable. Where appropriate, he may use evaluative techniques to highlight potential risks, realities, and areas of compromise, while always remaining impartial.
Mohammed values confidentiality, neutrality, and open communication, and his style is adaptable to the dynamics of each case, whether the situation requires calm patience, careful questioning, or a more proactive focus on resolution. Ultimately, his goal is to help parties move beyond conflict and reach agreements that they can own and implement with confidence.
Mohammed has an academic and professional background in law, having completed an LLB (2023) and pursued postgraduate studies including an LLM at Kingston University with a Distinction/First class (2024) , where he specialised in areas such as company, commercial and international trade law. He has also completed the bar training course (2025) and is currently practicing as a full-time mediator.
