Amanda mediates on a wide variety of disputes, conflicts and disagreements. Former Head of Litigation at White & Case LLP, Amanda has over 17 years’ experience of dispute resolution and considerable experience in advising and acting on disputes including shareholder, private equity, banking, IP and employment disputes. Amanda has extensive experience in high value cross-border litigation and arbitration, involving issues of English and foreign law across a broad range of commercial sectors. Amanda is very familiar with multi-party and cross-jurisdictional disputes and is CEDR-accredited.
