Andrew Gardner is an experienced equestrian able to support parties in equestrian disputes. He is former Director of British Dressage and Director of British Dressage Judges, Former Member of British Horse Society Dressage Committee and former Chairman of International Secection.
He is an international dressage judge having officiated at multiple World Young Horse Championships, multiple Eurpoean Championships, World Cup Finals, World Championships and Olympic Games. He has recently retired from the World Governing Body - the International Equestrian Federation's (FEI) dressage committee where he was the worldwide international judges' representative. Appointed to the Judges' Supervisory Panel for the FEI. Appointed member of Judges' Supervisory Panel for 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
Andrew is an experienced commercial valuer and expert witness in professional negligence claims relating to property, development, options, lease advisory, rent reviews and lease renewals. He is an expert witness in independent expert, arbitration and high court disputes, plannng inquiries and public sector property consultancy.
Andrew has many years of experience in the sale of development land for public and private clients, negotiating and interpreting Options for sale and purchase and valuation terms.
