Andrew Vickerstaff

Andrew is an experienced in-house lawyer and qualified Solicitor-Advocate. Having worked as a lawyer in both private practice and in-house he has participated in mediations for approximately 20 years. Unusually for a mediator, he has, over the course of his career, also participated in mediations as a client (both Claimant and Defendant) and legal advisor (from his time in private practice).

As a qualified CMC Registered Mediator, Andrew now utilises his experience in industry to quickly grasp the main underlying commercial issues which are important to the parties, build a rapport with each side and to help facilitate innovative, commercial solutions to civil and commercial disputes.
