Excellent service - and I say that in circumstances where we ended up agreeing a figure a fair bit lower than we were expecting to go down to, but we got the deal done. Chris was an excellent mediator and pivotal in us being able to settle. He had a very good grasp of the issues and his commercial awareness was obvious. Due to the social climate, we had to conduct our mediation over Zoom. Chris dealt with this perfectly. I will certainly be instructing him in the future.
