Harry is a CEDR-accredited commercial mediator who works across a range of practice areas. He has been involved in mediations ranging from community disputes with no financial value to complex high-value matters involving multiple parties and jurisdictions.

Harry is happy to mediate anywhere in the UK, internationally, and remotely. In his role as a solicitor, Harry has been involved with many mediations which has given him an appreciation of the capacity of the mediation process to resolve parties’ disputes and let them move forwards.

Professional Background

In addition to his mediation practice, Harry is the founder and a director of Stirk Law, a law firm based in London. He founded the firm after having worked at top tier international law firms in London, Jersey and Guernsey together with spent time seconded to major global banks. As a lawyer, Harry focuses on litigation and private wealth as well as advising on commercial and employment matters. His firm's clients are mainly high net worth individuals, family offices and entrepreneurs from the UK and internationally. He is also a judge of the CEDR National Students Negotiation Competition.
