Jack is a Director of Schofield Surveyors Limited. He is a member of the RICS Boundaries and Party Walls Panel Working Groups and co-author of the 7th Edition of the RICS Professional Statement on Party Wall Legislation and Procedure and the 4th Edition of the Professional Statement. He is one of the panel of experts who presented the RICS Roadshows on the updated RICS Guidance Note, Case Law and aspects on Neighbourly Matters.
