John is a litigation solicitor and CMC registered mediator with over 20 years of experience in dispute resolution. He has extensive experience in a wide range of civil disputes and has represented clients at mediations on numerous occasions. He is a firm believer in the benefits to the parties to any dispute utilising mediation to seek to resolve matters.

Adopting a personable approach, John aims to build early rapport with the parties and assist them in fully exploring possible avenues to a resolution and the likely consequences if the dispute continues.
