Before qualifying as a mediator, Mark practised as a litigator in high street firms across Warwickshire.

 

Following his call to the Bar in 2004, Mark qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and Solicitor Advocate (all courts) in 2009. He has experience in a wide range of civil disputes ranging from small claims in the County Court to the Court of Appeal.

With almost twenty years of client-facing experience as a litigator before qualifying as a mediator, Mark understands the needs of those around the table at a mediation.

 

Mark’s approachable manner allows him to quickly build a rapport with both sides, whilst also equipping him to challenge and ask difficult questions in order to keep mediations moving forwards.
