Mark Baldwin

I was very impressed by Mark's approach to the mediation. Our case was complex, and the parties were miles apart, yet he cut right to the heart of the matter and was able to bring insight from his own property background to bear in trying to find a creative solution to the case which both parties found agreeable.

It might be that no settlement was achieved on the day, but it was no reflection on Mark, who offered a great case study into how a mediator can challenge conventional litigation thinking and get parties to consider creative settlements that would not have occurred to them without mediation.

It was astonishing to me that we got so close to settlement given how far apart we were at the start of the day, and that is a testament to Mark’s talent as a mediator.
