Martin Collingwood

Martin is a construction and engineering lawyer and accredited mediator.  He has been accredited since 2008 since which time he has undertaken a variety of civil and commercial mediations in a variety of different fields.  He has, since leaving University in 1974, specialised in construction and engineering law both as an in-house legal adviser to major international building and civil engineering and property development groups and latterly in private practice where he is currently Head of Construction.  Martin has extensive experience of all aspects of building and civil engineering contracts and documentation both on the contentious and non-contentious sides.  His work includes work nationally and internationally on all major forms of contract together with PFI/PPP, BSF/LIFT and similar schemes.
