Professional Background
Mike has been based in London since returning to the UK in 2015, after a little over twenty years living in Asia and working worldwide. During his career in finance, Mike ran global business lines in derivatives, foreign exchange, and commodities, and served on regional and global management teams for three major banking groups. Additionally, he held directorships in the funds management industry and served as a board member of the International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA). He has significant practical experience of people management, in a wide variety of locations – supplemented with an MSc in Organizational Psychology.
