Nigel's Testimonials

Mr Waddington conducted the day in an efficient, effective manner. He ensured both parties understood the way in which the day would proceed and then made sure the timetable was adhered to. He maintained total impartiality and took time to fully comprehend the perspective of each party, whilst working extremely hard to move the discussion forward in a positive way.

He was most personable and I felt extremely confident and comfortable with the way in which he conducted the day and as a consequence I would be happy to engage in such a process in the future.
