Professional Background

Paul was a corporate and commercial solicitor for over 30 years and led on a variety of transactions in particular in the retail and leisure industries. He was a partner in a Top 60 law firm and for the last 11 years was its managing partner.

In addition to mediating between parties, his experience ranges from negotiating for clients to achieve their outcomes to coaxing colleagues to achieve their potential.
