Paul is a lawyer with over 30 years' experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution both in the Queens Bench and Chancery Divisions of the High Court as well as the County Court.

After three decades of involvement in litigation, Paul considers that it is in every parties interest involved in a dispute to come to a swift commercial resolution rather than become embroiled in expensive inflexible litigation.

Paul lives in Dorset but is prepared to mediate throughout England and Wales.
