Sharon was a Chartered Legal Executive, partner and the Head of the Dispute Resolution team at a North Essex firm before deciding to focus her time on mediation. She has over 22 years' experience in commercial and civil litigation and is professional, friendly and approachable.

Sharon qualified as an accredited mediator 2015. During her career in law she has had first-hand experience of how expensive, time consuming and stressful litigation can be, and how mediation can resolve many issues which are outside the remit of the court. Sharon is skilled at helping parties to stop focusing on looking back and to start focusing on looking forward.
