Stella Parker

Stella is a highly experienced civil and commercial litigation solicitor with over 20 years' experience of high street litigation. She specialises in property disputes including boundary disputes, right of way and cohabitee disputes, contentious probate, commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate, breach of contract, professional negligence and partnership disputes. She has also managed a number of family properties for many years so has "hands on" experience of property lettings.

Stella is a firm believer in ADR having seen the damaging financial and emotional impact of going to court for all parties whether they are ultimately winners or losers.
