Tadge has over 15 years litigation and negotiation experience across a wide variety of civil and commercial disputes. As a solicitor, he takes a holistic approach to resolving disputes, focussing not just on the legal issues at play but also the wider factors that have caused the dispute and will be affected by its resolution.

Tadge is a CEDR trained and accredited mediator. He is a strong believer in the benefits of mediation, in particular its ability to reduce the costs of disputes and give the parties the power to achieve a resolution that they have control over.

Mediation Style

Professional Background

Tadge qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and as a CEDR accredited mediator in 2024. Tadge is registered with the Civil Mediation Council and is a committee member of, and training co-ordinator for, the Association of South West Mediators.
