This bundle covers the full lifecycle of case management and financial administration from the moment your team enters a new enquiry into our Chambers365 system right through to your members receiving payment for their services.

What We Do for You:

  • Convert leads
    We turn qualified leads into active instructions, by matching client needs with the most appropriate available expert and ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Handle Cases
    We manage the administrative flow of each case, from initial instruction to conclusion, including coordination with solicitors and courts.
  • Invoice Clients
    We generate accurate, timely invoices based on agreed fee structures and case milestones.
  • Collect Cash
    We follow up on payments, manage credit control, and ensure that experts are paid promptly and reliably.

    We provide a structured onboarding process for new members, ensuring all certificates and professional qualifications are in place, and members are fully integrated and supported from day one.

    We provide you with regular reporting on your members’ utilisation and the status of any complaints, offering insights and support to help individuals and chambers continuously improve.

The Barrister Group Contact Centre acts as a professional front door for your business or chambers, ensuring that every enquiry is handled promptly, efficiently, and with the highest standards of client care. Our team is trained to manage the full lifecycle of incoming leads and hearing coordination, allowing experts to focus on their practice.

 

What We Do for You:

  • Contact Handling
    We answer calls and emails on behalf of your business or chambers, providing a consistent and professional first point of contact for solicitors, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Triage
    Our team assesses incoming enquiries to determine urgency, suitability, and required expertise, ensuring that only relevant and viable leads are passed on to experts.
  • Lead Allocation
    We match enquiries to the most appropriate expert based on availability, expertise, and client needs—maximising conversion and client satisfaction.
  • Hearings Board Coordination
    We manage hearing availability across your business or chambers, helping to optimise scheduling and reduce conflicts. This includes maintaining a centralised calendar and liaising with solicitors to confirm attendance

If your business or chambers operate their own contact centre, new leads must be entered into the Chambers 365 system to enable full access to the Operations Bundle.

Our BD services are designed to help chambers grow their client base, win new work, and build lasting relationships with solicitors and other referrers.

    Search over 200,000 qualified lawyers from more than 15,000 firms (Law Firms and Corporates) by exact PQE, specialism, location, firm, firm type, job title, etc.

Software Licensing & Chambers Management Tools
Thanks to our scale and purchasing power, The Barrister Group is able to offer partner chambers preferential rates on essential software licences such as Microsoft 365 and Xero. In addition, Chambers 365 - our bespoke chambers management software designed to streamline operations and uphold professional standards—is provided free of charge as part of the Operations and Professional Standards package.

Technology Support
Our team offers responsive technical assistance, covering software, hardware, and connectivity issues to keep your business or chambers running smoothly.
