Funding Unlocked: Demystifying Litigation Funding (Webinar)

In this webinar, The Barrister Group's Stephen Ward and Theo Pangraz and Thaxted Capital’s Jack Bradley-Seddon and Mark Dawkins present an introductory session about how to “unlock” litigation funding from the market (regardless of provider).

The webinar has a practical focus. Each of the key steps in the process of unlocking litigation funding are analysed and the presenters explore how each step can be navigated most effectively. In tandem, some of the pitfalls to avoid are also discussed.
