Our model is simple: 10% of expert fees is allocated to cover operations and professional standards services. A further 5% is retained by your business for marketing, which can be spent with your existing team or with TBG. Experts are informed of the total 15% deduction upfront.
All partner businesses and chambers receive a performance reporting suite covering: enquiries converted to cases, invoices issued and cash collected, and complaints logged and resolved. Reports are available by customer and by member, helping you track performance, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.
