Transparent Fees
Transparent fees

Our model is simple: 10% of expert fees is allocated to cover operations and professional standards services. A further 5% is retained by your business for marketing, which can be spent with your existing team or with TBG. Experts are informed of the total 15% deduction upfront.

Business performance reporting
Business performance reporting

All partner businesses and chambers receive a performance reporting suite covering: enquiries converted to cases, invoices issued and cash collected, and complaints logged and resolved. Reports are available by customer and by member, helping you track performance, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Including marketing, contact centre, technology, business development, and administration, can be added as part of a separately negotiated package.

  • Unallocated Work: Work generated by the Platform that isn’t generated by a specific business is triaged and offered to the most appropriate available expert across all partner businesses.
  • Overflow & Redistribution: Work other businesses or chambers in the network cannot service is automatically re-routed to your experts, where they offer the most appropriate solution for the customer.
  • Hearings Board Access: Unmatched work is published on the Hearings Board, where experts from all businesses or chambers can volunteer for cases that match their profiles and availability.
